Warranty
All LensWarden security cameras and NVR recording hardware include a standard 2-year hardware warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
What is covered
- ›Defects in materials and internal factory components.
- ›Workmanship faults causing camera sensor, lens, or board failure.
- ›NVR power supply, controller, or port defects during normal operation.
What is excluded
- ›Accidental damage, drops, physical impacts, or vandalism.
- ›Unauthorized hardware modifications, disassembly, or unapproved firmware alterations.
- ›Electrical damage from external power surges, lightning, or non-spec power supplies.
