Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned hardware must be unused, in its original product packaging, and include all supplied mounts, antennas, cables, and documentation.

To begin a return, contact our support team. Provide your order number and the serial or model of the unit. Our team will verify eligibility and issue return shipping instructions.
Criteria 03 • Reimbursement
Refund Method
Once your return arrives and passes intake inspection, your refund is issued directly to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment issuer.
